I offer website design, development, SEO, hosting, and ongoing support. What's included is set out in your plan or agreement.

You agree to give me accurate information and any materials I need for your project. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Payments
The website is a one-time fee. Hosting and plan fees are billed monthly or yearly. Late payments may pause your service. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
• You own your website once it's fully paid for. • I may show your project in my portfolio or marketing unless we agree otherwise.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Use my services for illegal or unauthorized purposes. • Copy, modify, or resell my work without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
I'm not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Misuse of the work or third-party interference with it.
7. Termination
I may stop services if these terms are broken. Any unpaid fees are still due.
8. Amendments
I may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
